But behind every great show is a booking process that is still, in most cases, held together with cold emails, unanswered DMs, and personal connections that not every artist has access to.
GigNVenue was built to change that. We believe that the quality of your music — not who you know or how persistent your emails are — should be the deciding factor in whether you get on a stage. And we believe that great venue owners deserve a way to fill their calendar with great acts, without relying on word-of-mouth alone.
So we built a marketplace. Simple to use, transparent about fees, and designed specifically for live music — not repurposed from an events platform that was built for weddings and corporate functions.

The stage is where artists earn
Artists pay a 5% booking fee when they book. For venues, it's just 5% — a quarter of the deposit — earned only after a show successfully plays off, while their 80% nightly rate is negotiated and collected entirely on their own terms. Both sides contribute a small, fair share to keep this platform running. A booked night is a ticket link, a merch table, a room full of new fans — our fee exists so we can keep making that happen.
We grow when you grow
Our only revenue is a 10% total booking fee — 5% from artists at confirmation, 5% from venues at deposit release — earned only when a show successfully plays off. No subscriptions, no advertising, no dark night surcharges. Your success is our business model.
This is just the beginning
GigNVenue launched with a focus on the USA — building a catalog of quality venues across every market, from dive bars in Austin to amphitheaters in Colorado. But the vision is bigger than that.
USA launch
Starting with the country that has one of the richest live music traditions in the world. Covering every city, every genre, every venue size — from 50-cap listening rooms to 10,000-cap amphitheaters.
Stripe payments (coming soon)
Secure, split-payment processing via Stripe Connect — so deposits flow to venues automatically and booking fees are handled by a trusted payment source. We built the infrastructure. Stripe handles the money.
International expansion
The world has great music venues and great artists in every country. Once the US market is thriving, GigNVenue will expand market by market — with full multi-currency support from day one.
